By accessing and using StageTracker (“Service”), you (“User,” “Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of StageTracker constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License and Restrictions

  • StageTracker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of StageTracker.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Ensure that any operational data uploaded is accurate and does not violate third-party rights.
  • Notify StageTracker immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

4. Data Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of any data they submit to StageTracker.
  • By submitting data, you grant StageTracker a limited license to process and display that data for Service operation.

5. Service Availability

  • StageTracker is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at our discretion with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • StageTracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to StageTracker in the last 12 months.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
  • If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, United States.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
